Our role

New Syarra Tours acts as an agent. We prepare, submit and follow up applications and bookings on your behalf with government offices, embassies, consulates, visa centres, airlines, hotels and tour operators.

Visa and passport decisions

Granting or refusing a passport or visa is entirely the decision of the issuing authority. We prepare your file to their published requirements and follow it up, but we cannot guarantee approval, and government and embassy fees are not refundable once an application is submitted.

Accuracy of what you give us

You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents and information you provide. Incorrect or incomplete details are the most common cause of rejected applications and missed departures. Tell us promptly if anything changes.

Bookings, fares and prices

Tour prices shown on this site are indicative and depend on travel dates, group size, airline fares and currency rates at the time of booking. A booking request submitted through this site is an enquiry — nothing is confirmed until we contact you, confirm the final price and receive the agreed payment.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and date-change charges are set by the airline, hotel or tour operator concerned and are passed on to you as they are charged to us. Our own service charge covers work already done and is non-refundable once an application or booking has been filed.

Travel insurance

Insurance policies are issued by the insurer, and cover, exclusions and claims are governed by that policy document. We help you choose and buy a policy that meets your visa requirements, and we help with claims guidance, but we are not the insurer.

Travel documents and entry

You must carry a valid passport, the correct visa and any other documents your destination requires. Entry is at the discretion of the immigration authority of the country you are travelling to.
