Why we collect it

We use your information only to deliver the service you asked for: preparing and filing passport and visa applications, booking tickets and tours, arranging travel insurance, and contacting you about those applications. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address to send occasional updates about departures and travel rules.

Who we share it with

Passport and visa applications require us to submit your documents to the relevant government office, embassy, consulate or authorised visa centre. Ticket and tour bookings require sharing traveller details with airlines, hotels and transport operators. We share only what the application or booking requires, and we do not sell your information to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Original documents you hand over are returned to you once the application is complete.

Your choices
